Stylist (Hair Weaving/Extension Artist) Wanted
Job Summary
The extension artist performs a variety of professional hair weaving and hair extension services along with professional cuts, styles, chemical services and therapeutic hair and scalp treatments for all hair types and textures. They must possess and maintain basic knowledge of hair weaving and extensions along with current hairstyles and trends. They must possess excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills and be willing to train in our specific hair weaving and extensions services offerings. They must possess excellent communication skills and be able to learn the products and services knowledge necessary to effectively provide hair weaving, hair extensions, and beauty solutions to meet the needs of our guests. They must hold and maintain a current state cosmetology license
Position Requirements
Must be teachable and passionate about hair, hair weaving, and hair extensions. Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills. Must enjoy working with people. Must be professional, friendly, honest and outgoing. Must have excellent communication and listening skills as well as basic computer knowledge.
Education and Experience Requirements
Must hold and maintain current state cosmetology license.
Compensation
This is a commission OR booth rental opportunity. Current clientele is not required.
